Three people died and nine remain missing, including two children, after a vessel turned in front of the coast of Californiain the west of United Statesthe authorities reported on Monday. The spokesman, who did not give information about the destination of the vessel, said that “it is suspected that some people are of Indian nationality.” He added that the vessel was panga type, a tall bow wood fishing boat that is used to transport to the United States migrant Mexico.
