(ANSA) – TEHRAN, 09 JAN – “Iran has always opted for negotiations and dialogue with enemies” but “we will not tolerate any form of bullying by arrogant enemies and we will never bow to them”: declared the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, while in Vienna talks are underway between Tehran and the Western powers to bring Iran’s nuclear program back under international control under the 2015 agreement.
“The enemies have wielded a series of ‘soft’ weapons against Iran through the media and social networks in an attempt to undermine the principles of the Islamic Revolution, to provoke the disaffection of the people towards these principles and towards the Iranian Islamic government,” he said. Khamenei declared, calling on the leaders of his country to “reject such propaganda”.
