The new generation of Audi A6 is enriched with the plug-in hybrid variant, coming during the third quarter, which boasts two power steps, from 299 and 367 HP, and a list price that starts from 75,100 euros for Avant and 72,200 euros for the sedan. Based on the PPC thermal platform, New Audi A6, available shows some technical updates, such as active pneumatic suspensions and full steering but also in the style that make it more elegant and, at the same time, sporty. The engine range includes all electrified solutions, from the Mild-Hybrid Plus to 48 volt up to the new plug-in hybrid that combines the 2.0-liter TFSI engine four cylinders of 252 HP with an electric motor synchronous with permanent magnets integrated in the 7-speed S Tronic gearbox. The performances are from a true sports car in both power steps: the 299 HP version and 450 Nm of torque reaches 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds while the most powerful of 376 HP and 500 Nm of torque uses 5.3 seconds. For both versions, the maximum speed is 250 km/h (self -limited).
In addition, thanks to the 25.9 kWh battery, equipped with new prismatic cells capable of storing about 50% more energy, autonomy exceeds 100 kilometers in 100% electric mode. And, the electro -hydraulic braking allows you to recover energy up to a maximum of 88 kW of electric power. On the consumption front, New Audi A6 Phev is approved according to the criteria of the new Euro 6eb legislation and boasts content consumption. Battery charged, in the combined WLTP cycle, Audi A6 Avant E-Hybrid 299 CV quattro is in fact accredited by 2.2-2.9 liters of petrol per 100 kilometers against emissions of 51-65 g/km of CO2 (2.1-2.8 l/100 km and 48-63 g/km for the sedan), while the 367 cv step records 2.4-2.9 liters per 100 kilometers with emissions of 54-66 grams/km of CO2 (2.3-2.8 l/100 km and 51-63 g/km for the sedan). Finally, as regards the charging, New Audi A6 Phev boasts a power of recharging in alternating current from 11 kW, allowing you to fully restore the energy level in 2.5 hours.
