The American automobile company Tesla first made completely autonomous delivery from the factory to the client’s house. The Tesla Model Y car reached the whole city on its own, including the highway.
This became possible thanks to software with artificial intelligence. The chief executive director of Tesla Ilon Musk announced this on the social network X.
The billionaire said that the autonomous delivery of a car from the plant to the buyer was completed a day earlier. Musk expressed special gratitude to the Tesla AI team for successful introduction to artificial intelligence.
Tesla Model Y came from GigaFactory Texas to the house of its new owner in about 30 minutes. The car was crossed by parking, a highway and a city without the help of a person to get to the destination.
For his part, the head of the artificial intelligence department in Tesla, Asha Ellaswami, said that the car reached a maximum speed of 115 km/h. The inventor emphasized that there were no people in the car, and not a single remote operator controlled the car.
According to OBOZ.UA, in May, Ukrainians bought 1,580 used cars from China, which is 70% more than at the same time a year earlier. At the same time, most of these cars were new.
