After the debut of the prototypes at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024, the Grenadier with portal axles has been approved for series production and the orders are already open. Developed and supplied exclusively by Letech GmbH, the conversion is based on Grenadier and Quartermaster Trialmaster vehicles directly from the Hambach factory.
The vehicles are transferred to the structures of Letech, near Stuttgart, and equipped with a new layout of suspensions of the long and rear heavy-ducts suspension, portal attacles with staggered wheels compared to the main axis and off-road tires BF Goodrich Mud Terrain from 37 “, while the transmission system remains unchanged.
In addition, the conversion package includes Hutchinson Industries Beadlock 8.5×18 “Et55 forged alloy wheels, a high-performance braking system, extensive mudguards and off-road platforms with lifting points, as well as an anterior winch assembly system, with Warn Zeon 10 winch with 4.5T capacity.
There is no shortage of a multifunction rear scale with support for tanks, the luggage rack with platforms and LED signaling lights, a light bar with 6 LED headlights, a spare holder and exclusive baptitacco ‘Trialmaster X Letech’.
The vehicles are available with BMW B57 Diesel or B58 six -cylinder petrol in 3 -liter turbocharged engines. Everyone has leather interiors with heated front seats in black or gray/black, safari windows, premium audio system, mats and privacy windows as well as the usual standard Trialmaster equipment.
The changes made by Letech increases the ground height of 186mm, reaching 450mm, and the depth of 800mm for 1.050mm. As a result, off-road geometry has significantly improved.
