Stock market: Europe badly after Wall Street, Milan -2.8%

(ANSA) – MILAN, APRIL 06 – The negative start of Wall Street has further burdened the stock exchanges in Europe, where Milan is the worst. Piazza Affari hit a 2.8% loss, followed by Amsterdam and Paris losing around two and a half percentage points, with Amsterdam down 2.2% and Madrid down by two points. Still try to hold London, which falls by 0.8%.

The uncertainties about the consequences of the war in Ukraine and the expectation on the Fed’s monetary policy guidelines, with the interest rates of European government bonds under tension, always weigh: the 10-year BTP reached a yield of 2.37 %.
