(ANSA) – MILAN, AUGUST 27 – Rovagnati, the historic Italian brand leader in the production of cured meats, has accepted the challenge of the green transition. It has created a team of 11 people dedicated to the realization of its sustainability objectives and has put on the table a “Rovagnati Responsible Quality” (RQR) program that transversally engages all company functions.
There are four pillars, people, animal welfare, nutrition and the environment to respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), with particular attention to the issues of environmental, social and economic sustainability. “Sustainability is an integral part of Rovagnati’s business and the creation of a dedicated team is essential to make daily progress in the path we are taking.
