In Ukraine, from June 1, the Cabinet of Ministers launched a program to monetize children’s health care. Fathers with children with disabilities or large families from a certain list of regions can receive money.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy. Yes, the government has monetized the service. If earlier children were sent to health camps for free, now parents will be given UAH 14,165 to improve their child’s health.
“In order to receive funds, it is enough for parents (or persons who replace him / her) to send a special card to PrivatBank, to which UAH 14,165 will be credited for each child,” the press service of the Ministry of Social Affairs says.
Parents can independently check themselves in the list of recipients of funds, as well as select and book a tour. You can check the list of recipients here.
According to the Ministry of Social Affairs, families with children with social status, children with disabilities or children from large families aged 7-18 from low-income families living in one of the regions: Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Lugansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkov, Kherson, Chernihiv and Kiev.
