The European Parliament adopted on Thursday 1is June a report by the special committee on foreign interference in all democratic processes in the European Union, including disinformation, of which Raphaël Glucksmann is chair. The text, the result of three years of investigation, pays particular attention to the action of Russia, which is conducting a “hybrid warfare” where cyberattacks, manipulations on social networks and even corruption mingle.
