Former TOWIE star Chloe Sims and her family have signed a deal worth at least £1 million to become the Kardashians in the new OnlyFans TV venture.
Khloe, 40, Frankie, 27, and Demi, 25, signed on to try to become the next Kim, Kourtney and Khloe after announcing they were leaving the ITV reality show on Friday.
The series, which is tentatively titled House of Sims, also stars his brother Charlie, 30, and his new makeup artist fiancee Georgia Shults, 30.
Its initial deal with the OFTV platform is for a “six-figure” sum, which will grow to millions with add-ons and additional revenue, MailOnline was told.
The new show will begin filming next week and is scheduled to air on the free-view app early next year.
In public images from the series, they appear in leather outfits and look like the famous Kardashians photos.
Like that success, this series follows The Sims core family as they try to “go global” from Essex and travel across the US.
The series will be released on the free OFTV app, which, unlike the main website, does not contain nudity and can be viewed on smart TVs.
And as part of the deal, the family will also open OnlyFans accounts, but will feature Instagram-style images with no obvious content.
Chloe told MailOnline: ‘I understand people want to compare it to TOWIE, but it’s a different concept; This will be our take on family life, which is currently called The Sims House as a working title. It’s going to be totally real and we’re so excited to take our viewers on a great unfiltered adventure together.
“We are proud to be The Sims, but being constantly compared to the Kardashians is a huge compliment to us as a family. We want to see where this new program takes us and we plan to go global.”

The Sims have been compared to the Kardashians and the new show is expected to be a similarly styled reality show, showcasing their lives away from photo shoots and TOWIE.
Chloe, who also co-produces the show, added: “We want to be one of the best reality shows of all time. OFTV fully supports us in this. We can’t wait to get started.
“I strongly believe that we should show ourselves in natural light, to show all aspects of what we do.
For example, first thing in the morning, without the glamour, sharing who we really are, what we do and real life situations, this is the first authentic look at our daily lives.
Frankie and Demi added in a statement: “For fans, it’s a true behind-the-scenes look at what’s been going on in our lives.
The fans will get to know us very well in a new show format that we are very excited about.
House of Sims has already started filming and is expected to release in a few months in 2023

“You will immediately understand why we switched to OnlyFans when you see what we are doing soon on OFTV.”
This new show is the biggest investment in original creator-created content the British tech company has made in its history.
After weeks of rumors, the sisters announced that they would be leaving TOWIE on Friday, shocking fans who have followed them for years.
A source told MailOnline: “Only the fans really want to put their tanks on the ITV lawn.
“It’s a step they’re taking to get into mainstream television: everyone thinks the show will be massive.”
An official statement shared on TOWIE’s Instagram story read, “After more than ten years of dedication to The Only Way Is Essex, Chloe Sims has decided to leave the show.”
They continued, “Chloe has been an iconic fixture since her arrival at TOWIE, and we enjoy following her friendships, relationships and strong family values through her ups and downs on screen.”
“We wish Chloe all the best in the future,” they wrote along with some highlights from their time on the show.
This comes after Khloé wrote a heartfelt goodbye saying she was “eternally grateful” for the support of the producers and her fans when she confirmed her departure on Friday.
Along with the senior announcements, Khloe wrote her heartfelt thanks to the fans who support her.

Chloe then added, “I want to thank ITV and Lime Pictures for the life-changing opportunity to work on TOWIE for so many years.”
He continued, “I never thought I’d say goodbye 12 years after my first TOWIE scene.
“It’s been great, especially creating lifelong memories with friends, cast and crew. I have had the privilege of sharing my experiences with various family members over the years. For that alone, I will be forever grateful.
But in the end, to the loyal fans who have been there through the ups and downs and supported them at all times.
“Without the fans this would not have been possible and there is no doubt that I will never forget this experience and carry their love and support into the next chapter of my life.”
The news comes after Chloe’s co-stars were spotted filming the latest TOWIE series in the Dominican Republic in June.
But when the rest of the cast got to the fucking gray, Khloe was seen enjoying the day at home in Essex as usual.
At the time, it was reported that the star was considering her own reality show with her younger sisters Demi and Frank.
