Rusty member of the film crew Serge Svetnoy has filed a lawsuit against several colleagues, including actor Alec Baldwin, who was caught in the center of the fatal shooting on set.

Light’s lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles against employees who worked on the film, including the producers and two crew members. He had previously accused them of negligence, which caused him “serious emotional turmoil” and led to tragic consequences.

The lawsuit filed with a higher court named nearly two dozen of the accused. In addition to Baldwin on this list, David Halls is an assistant director who handed the actor a gunand Hannah Gutierrez-Reed – she was in charge of the weapons.
They never there should have been no live ammunition on this set, – said Serge’s lawyer Gary Dordic yesterday at a press conference.
This is the first indictment related to the tragedy that occurred on October 21, as a result of which the filmmaker Galina Hutchins was killed and the director was injured.
