A Gafisa (GFSA3) registered a net loss of BRL 3.68 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, as announced by the company to the market this Tuesday (28).
The value reversed the profit of R$ 48.99 million, recorded in the same period of the previous year, in a 107% drop in the company’s profit.
Considering the accumulated period of 2022, Gafisa had a loss of BRL 83.7 million in the year, a drop of 200% compared to the profit of BRL 81.25 million that the company had in 2021.

Gafisa’s adjusted Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was R$ 120 million in the last months of 2022, down 37% in the annual comparison.
In 2022, the indicator amounted to R$ 230.9 million, a loss of 30% compared to 2021.
Gafisa’s net revenue totaled R$325.7 million in 4Q22, up 46% year-on-year, and R$1.1 billion in 2022, up 38% over the previous year.
Launches by the developer totaled BRL 340 million in the last quarter of 2022, a loss of 50% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The PSV (Potential Sales Value) delivered by Gafisa in the period was R$ 327 million, growth of 63% in the year.
