Sendas Distribuidora, a company that operates under the Assaí brand (ASAI3), announced on Friday (25) the approval of the distribution of dividends in the amount of R $ 19.6 million, which is equivalent to R $ 0.0145 per ordinary action.
Shareholders who have actions negotiated in B3 will receive the Dividends on June 23, 2025based on the stock position of April 25, 2025. From April 28, 2025, the shares will be negotiated without the rights to dividends.
The amount advertised is added to R $ 125 million already paid in interest on equity, being R $ 108.7 million net after deduction of income tax withheld at source. In total, distributions total R $ 128.3 million, representing 25% of the company’s adjusted net income in 2024, the company said.
There will be no monetary update or interest between the date of the declaration and the payment. Dividends are also exempt from income tax, according to current legislation, the Assaí added.
