THE Embraer (EMBR3), one of the highlights of the scholarship in recent months, will pay R $ 194 million in earnings, being R $ 51 million in dividends and R $ 142 million in Interest on equity (JCPS)shows document sent to the market on Tuesday (29).

Payment occurs after a seven -year hiatus. The last time Embraer paid earnings was in 2018.

According to the document, the amount per share will be R $ 0.07 per dividends and R $ 0.19 per JCPS.

The company will inform the shareholders in due course the payment data of JCP.

For dividends, the investor who wants to enjoy the value will have until May 12, 2025 to buy the paper. From May 13, 2025, action will be negotiated ‘former dividends’.

The payment of dividends will be made in cash on May 23, 2025.
