The platform of social media xElon Musk’s, was restored to most users after an interruption that affected tens of thousands of users in the United States on Saturday, according to the DowndeTector.com interruption tracking site.
After the failure, Musk said he is “back to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week” in his companies.
At its peak, around 9:51 am (Brasília time), there were more than 25,800 incidents of people reporting problems with the social media platform, according to the Dowenstector, which tracks interruptions gathering status reports from various sources, including users. Since then, the number of interruptions has dropped to less than 650.
“I went back to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and sleeping in conference rooms/servers/factory. I must be super focused on X/Xai and Tesla (in addition to the launch of Starship next week), because we have critical technologies being released,” said Musk in an X post.
Thousands of users in other countries, such as Germany, Spain, France, India, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, have also had trouble accessing the social media platform at the height of the interruption, according to Downdetctor data.
