THE HERINGER FERTILIZERS (Fher3) reported on Tuesday (8) the resignation of Gustavo Bastide Horbach to the positions of CEO and vice-president of the Board of Directors.

From that, Rodrigo Horta Dias was elected to the position of today’s CEO until the holding of an ordinary general meeting (Aug) to occur in 2027. Dias also assumes the position of vice president of the Board of Directors until he was held in 2026.
