“If the decision to close the skies is not on NATO’s agenda, I call on NATO and our partners from the free world to supply fighter jets and MANPADS to Ukraine” – stressed the Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2014-2016 Arseniy Yatsenyuk on the air of the BBC.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized that no one expected such determination and resilience shown by the Ukrainian army: “Experts underestimated the strength of the Ukrainians.”

At the same time, he said, Ukraine urgently needs the supply of fighter jets, anti-missile systems, anti-aircraft installations in order to fight against Putin.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk also urged the free world not to buy Russian goods: “Don’t buy Russian oil and gas. Get rid of Russian assets. Press on Putin and the Russians. The Russians must feel they are paying the price for supporting Putin who is killing Ukrainians.”

We protect our country, our people. And we protect you and our shared values. Otherwise, Putin will go further. His idea is to invade Eastern Europe, commit crimes in the UK and other countries. His goal is to blow up the free world,” he stressed.

“Sanctions, lethal weapons, unity. And the Ukrainian army that is fighting against Russia. This is what we can oppose to this Hitler,” he stressed.
