(ANSA) – PORDENONE, MARCH 15 – He did not accept the end of their relationship and the woman’s decision to be with another man, and persecuted her ex-partner by threatening her with death. For this reason, a 44-year-old man residing in Pordenone was arrested after being tracked down by agents of the Mobile Squad of the Verbania Cusio Ossola Police Headquarters in the town of Domodossola, his hometown.
A few weeks ago the man repeatedly threatened his ex-partner with death in the arcade where the woman works. In addition, he has damaged her car several times. In the past, a measure prohibiting the approach to women had already been applied to men; last November, then, he had negotiated a sentence of 10 months in prison for the crime of stalking against his former partner.
In recent days, at the request of the Public Prosecutor of Pordenone, therefore, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations has issued the order for the application of a precautionary measure in prison against the man. (HANDLE).
