(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 25 – The deputy prosecutor of Milan Tiziana Siciliano and the prosecutor Luca Gaglio have asked for a sentence of 6 years in prison for Silvio Berlusconi accused of corruption in judicial documents in the trial on the Ruby ter case.
The prosecution also requested 5 years of imprisonment for Karima El Mahroug, the now former ‘Ruby heartthrob’, accused of perjury and corruption in judicial proceedings.
Siciliano and Gaglio asked for a total of 28 sentences. Among the requests, that of condemning Maria Rosaria Rossi, senator and former loyalist of the Knight, to 1 year and 4 months for perjury. Accusation also contested against the journalist Carlo Rossella for whom 2 years were asked. Asked for sentences of up to 5 years for twenty girls, former guests of the evenings of Arcore, whose silence would have been bought by the former prime minister. Asked 6 years and 6 months for Luca Risso. To be acquitted, for the prosecutors, only Luca Pedrini. (HANDLE).
