(ANSA) – TURIN, 10 JUN – Nine people ended up in prison in Turin on charges of criminal association aimed at corruption for acts contrary to official duties and for various episodes of corruption for acts contrary to official duties .
According to the hypothesis of the prosecution, there are serious indications of guilt in relation to the existence of a criminal association composed of Italian and foreign citizens, in which operators of the Immigration Office of the Turin Police Headquarters would participate, including two belonging to the police and a cultural mediator.
The investigators, coordinated by the subalpine prosecutor’s office, worked to clarify some anomalies relating to the procedures for issuing or renewing residence permits for foreigners.
The precautionary measures were carried out this morning, issued by the investigating judge of the Turin Court, at the request of the Public Prosecutor, after an investigation by the mobile police squad. (HANDLE).
