(ANSA) – BUSTO ARSIZIO, 22 JUN – “For my parents it has always been important to keep me going with school, and I would like to give them a reason to be proud of everything they have done for me”. These are the words of Willy Gnonto, 18, striker of the national football team, before entering the ‘Marco Pantani’ scientific high school in Busto Arsizio (Varese) this morning, for the first test of maturity.
Gnonto prepared the exams as a privatist, during the championship “I studied a lot – he said -, carving out moments during the retreats even if it was difficult, for me to finish this path is important”.
“I am rested – he added – before entering the classroom -, I hope it goes well even if I fear mathematics”.
Then he concluded: “For a match maybe I’m calmer, because that’s what I like best and I do better”. (HANDLE).
