(ANSA) – MILAN, AUG 26 – The Milan Public Prosecutor has asked for the indictment of the 19 adult boys arrested in mid-June for the maxi brawl in a park in Pessano con Bornago, in the Milanese area, on 29 September 2021. it ended with the stabbing murder of 22-year-old Dimitry Simone Stucchi, after the clash between two groups, heralded by “a succession of exchanged messages”, for a drug debt.
On June 15 the boy, who at the time was 17 years and 10 months old and who would have stabbed the fatal stab that evening, and his 15-year-old brother ended up in prison, while other precautionary measures had been applied for 3 other minors. For these five, the procedure is the responsibility of the Juvenile Court. Meanwhile, prosecutor Antonio Cristillo, owner of the investigation conducted by the carabinieri, has forwarded the request for trial for the 19 adults and the judge will have to set the date of the preliminary hearing.
Among the defendants, the 19-year-old Davide Colombi, a friend of the victim and presumed head of the “band of Vimercate” which had opposed the other of Pessano. He and Youssef Mahmoud Elsayed, presumed leader of the other group, as emerged from the ordinance of the investigating judge Luca Milani, would have called the others together, urging them to show up in the park on the evening of 29 September, armed with sticks, knives, clubs, stones. and glass bottles to face each other in a “violent clash” in which Stucchi was killed. The motive would have been the purchase of 100-150 grams of hashish for a consideration of 800 euros paid with counterfeit banknotes.
