(ANSA) – MILAN, AUG 26 – The Milan Public Prosecutor has asked for the indictment of the 19 adult boys arrested in mid-June for the maxi brawl in a park in Pessano con Bornago, in the Milanese area, on 29 September 2021. it ended with the stabbing murder of 22-year-old Dimitry Simone Stucchi, after the clash between two groups, heralded by “a succession of exchanged messages”, for a drug debt.
On June 15 the boy, who at the time was 17 years and 10 months old and who would have stabbed the fatal stab that evening, and his 15-year-old brother ended up in prison, while other precautionary measures had been applied for 3 other minors. For these five, the procedure is the responsibility of the Juvenile Court.
