The witness of the disappearance of Allen, the 5 -year -old boy who made his traces on 11 July was investigated for omission of rescue, a few hours after having arrived with his parents and sister in a camping in Ventimiglia, and then found by three civil protection volunteers around 9 yesterday. Initially the advanced hypothesis was that of abandonment of a minor but today the prosecutor, after receiving the report of the police, decided to proceed for omission of rescue.
The man had contacted the police, saying that he had helped the child cross the road, after accompanying him to a crossroads, having heard him repeat several times “dad, dad”. The new contested crime derives from fact that he has not helped the minor.
Meanwhile, Allen has been discharged from the hospital at the end of the psycho-physical investigations.
