Because today, we need electrical energy that is carbon-free and controllable, that is to say that we can use it when we need it,” argues Fabien Roussel. “We are fortunate in France to have a large nuclear fleet. This nuclear energy is essential to meet our objectives. Zero carbon footprint and to do without fossil fuels.”
“We must also invest in hydroelectric energies”
“This energy is threatened by those who think that we could do without it. We need to relocate the industry in France and so to run the factories, we need this energy.
