(ANSA) – ROME, DECEMBER 08 – The PGA Tour of golf makes a stop in Naples, Florida, for the QBE Shootout, a pairs tournament that will see 24 competitors competing for a total of 12 teams. From 10 to 12 December at the Tiburon Golf Course it will be an exciting challenge in the last event of 2021, with the top American circuit which will then return to protagonist from 6 to 9 January with the Sentry Tournament of Champions scheduled in Hawaii.
In Florida it will be the duo made up of the Americans Matt Kuchar / Harris English defend the title won in 2020.
Three their successes in this appointment (the first came in 2013, the second in 2016), with the two Americans chasing poker. Sam Burns / Billi Horschel, Jason Kokrak / Kevin Na, Australians Jason Day / Marc Leishman are among the most accredited challengers in the title fight. And again: Sean O’Hair / Will Zalatoris. Also on the field a proette, Lexi Thompson (now a regular of this race), who will team up with Bubba Watson. The event will be played over a distance of 54 holes.
