Biden spoke about the fate of Europe if America did not help Ukraine

If NATO did not react, war and chaos would threaten the whole of Europe, says the American president

Putin won’t stop at Ukraine, chaos threatens Europe, says Joe Biden

American President Joe Biden said that if his country had stayed away from the Russian invasion of Ukraine and did not support it, chaos would have begun in Europe.

He spoke about this in an interview with the Associated Press.

In his opinion, Russian President Vladimir Putin would continue to invade other countries.

“What happens if NATO’s most powerful force turns a blind eye to Russian aggression, to the fact that a 100,000-strong army is crossing the border in an attempt to occupy and destroy the culture of an entire nation? What will happen then?” – he said.

Joe Biden believes that Poland and the Czech Republic could become the next targets for the Russian Federation. In addition, the American president said that if the United States did not react to Russia’s actions in Ukraine, this could provoke China and North Korea for further aggression.

“I’m afraid that the next thing we would see is chaos in Europe. You would see that they (the Russian army – ed.) would move on. What would happen in Poland, the Czech Republic and other NATO countries? What would China thought of Taiwan, what would North Korea think of nuclear weapons?”

He also recalled that when deciding to help Ukraine in the fight against the Russian Federation and introducing new anti-Russian sanctions, he warned that he would have to pay for it.

The US Ambassador named the amount of additional assistance to Ukraine

The United States has provided additional financial support to Ukraine in the amount of $7.5 billion. Washington is committed to helping Kyiv defend itself against Russian aggression and support our nation’s resilience and renewal. This was announced by the newly appointed US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on Twitter.

She stated that she was looking forward to working with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

We previously reported that United States President Joe Biden said that the country will not send missile systems to Ukraine that “can reach the territory of Russia”.
