This was announced on social media by the spokesman of the head of the Odessa regional military administration Sergiy Bratchuk posting the photos.
Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed to have killed some Ukrainian soldiers who were trying to raise the flag of Ukraine on the island of the Snakes. On the night of July 7 – the ministry said – Kiev attempted to symbolically deliver the flag to the island. Around 5 in the morning, several Ukrainian soldiers landed and took pictures with the flag. The Russian Aerospace Forces plane immediately launched a high-precision missile attack on the island and some soldiers were killed.
