(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 18 – “The armed forces of Ukraine have inflicted significant losses on the occupiers, we are advancing”: Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, said this in his evening speech, quoted by the UNIAN news agency. “Step by step, we are advancing, identifying and neutralizing collaborators. The prospect is obvious: the Ukrainian flag will be in all our towns and villages,” he added.
According to the head of state, the Ukrainian army has so far managed to liberate 1,028 settlements from the hands of the Russians.
“Another 2,621 are still under the control of the invaders,” he said. (HANDLE).
