US President Joe Biden regrets the episode that took place in Memphis
The president of U.S, Joe Bidenregretted, this Friday, the 27th, the police action that killed a 29-year-old black man in memphis. “Outraged and deeply hurt,” he commented. On January 7, victim Tire Nichols was approached by five black police officers and was beaten by them. Three days later Tire died. The US released the images of the crime this evening. There are, however, still no details as to why Tire was stopped by the agents and why he was beaten up. In a statement, Biden said “the images released tonight will rightfully outrage people.” The American president still asked the protesters to express themselves peacefully. “Those who seek justice must not resort to violence or destruction,” he added.
