Why with age fat is besieged at the waist and it is so difficult to lose weight: a new discovery of scientists

Already, many scientists have written this important discovery. And I will also write, but I will go further: in addition to the statement of facts, I will give practical recommendations.

The study was conducted by a city of hope, one of the leading medical and research centers specializing in oncology, diabetes and serious chronic diseases.

Initially, the study was mice, but with further testing of human cells in the laboratory.

Studies of the city of Hope are considered very reliable and proved, because leading scientists work there, there are state equipment and construction ethical standards.

How can the results of this study be useful for people, we are not a mouse?

With age, our body changes, and this applies not only to wrinkles or gray hair. A study published in science found that in the middle age in the body (not only mice, people), a special type of cellless cell cells CP-A (Elentipocytes), which actively contributes to the accumulation of fat in the abdominal cavity and body.

What are cells?

At a young age, our body has a balance between the cells that accumulate fat, and those who burn it. But over time, CP-A cells appear, which have high potential for propagation and transformation into fat cells.

It is these CP-A cells that are responsible for:

• fat accumulates faster, even with the same nutrition that a person observed earlier;

• It’s harder to lose weight, because new cells have already “rooted”

• The distribution of fat changes is more intuitive (around the organs), which is dangerous because it creates inflammation.

What is important to us people?

Understanding this process helps to explain why it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy weight with age. It also opens up new opportunities for the development of methods for combating obesity of age and related diseases.

What can be done?

Although we cannot stop the time, there are ways to influence processes in our body:

1. Move daily

• Activity “inhibits” the transformation of CP-A cells into fat.

• The muscles are distinguished by special B “anti -fate -signals” -myocin proteins that inhibit obesity. Insulin sensitivity improves.

• Even for 30 minutes walk daily – “It is not the time to accumulate fat!”

2. Eat food with “battle”:

• Berries, green tea, turmeric, olive oil polyphenols that “soothe” CP-A and inhibit their “reproduction”.

• Omega-3 (linseed oil, fish, capsules) reduces the activity of fat generation genes.

• It is not forgotten about the protein: it helps to preserve muscles and suppress appetite. Therefore, a protein dish should be at every meal

3. SPENTENTED

• The level of stress hormones that “push” CP-A to reproduction are reduced during sleep.

• Chronic sleep deprivation = more signals before accumulation of fat.

4. Control stress

• Chronic stress-high activation Cortisol-CP-A.

• Help: various methods of breathing, walking, magnesium (tronate, citrate), silence.

Question:

Have you noticed how difficult it is to maintain a stable weight?

What helps you?
