A With gas (CGAS5), a company that provides gas supply services in São Paulowill pay R$ 417 million in proceeds, of which R$ 400 million in dividends and BRL 17 million in interest on equityshows a document sent to the market this Tuesday (21).
According to the document, the amount per share in interest on equity will be R$ 0.127075600662 per common share (CGAS3) and BRL 0.139783160729 per preferred paper.
In the case of dividendsthe amount per common share will be R$2.954507187466 and R$3.249957906213 per preferred share.
The share will be traded “ex-dividends” and “ex-JCPs” as of March 27, 2023. Payment will take place on April 4, 2023.
