Lemann, Sicupira and Telles: Company raises BRL 50 million with the sale of goods

A San Carlos (SCAR3), a company controlled by the trio of shareholders of 3G Capital, Jorge Paulo LemannBeto Sicupira and Marcel Telles, sold properties, raising BRL 51 million, shows a document sent to the market this Thursday (1st).

In all, four assets were sold:

  • Guarulhos store with 1,599 m² of GLA (gross leasable area);
  • Santos store with 1,141 m² of GLA;
  • Fountain shop with 1,362 m² of GLA;
  • Araraquara store with 2,162 m² of GLA;

The properties total 6,264 m² of gross leasable area and are 100% leased to Lojas Pernambucanas.

The sale value was 10.4% higher than the acquisition value, carried out in October 2021. The sale cap rate amounted to 7.6%, considering the expected lease revenue for the next 12 months.

With this transaction, São Carlos’ portfolio now comprises 104 properties, with owned GLA of 469,400 m² and a market value of R$5.2 billion.

Company is selling goods

In March, it was the company’s turn to sell property in Large field, Mato Grosso do Sulalso leased to Pernambucofor BRL 8.1 million.

With the sales, São Carlos’ portfolio now has 108 properties, with own GLA of 475.7 thousand m² and
market value valued at R$ 5.2 billion.

More recently, São Carlos sold another store of the same chain located in the city of Cascavel, Paraná, for a total amount of R$ 13.1 million.

In all, the property has 3,307 m² of gross leasable area.
