The weather in Ukraine on Thursday, June 8, will be cloudy with clearings, most areas will be covered with rain and thunderstorms. The air temperature during the day will range from +23 to +28 degrees.
This forecast was shared by weather forecasters of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center. According to them, precipitation on Thursday is possible in the west and north of the country, as well as in Vinnitsa, Cherkasy and Poltava regions and in the capital region.
The wind on this day will be predominantly north-easterly, from 5 to 10 m/s, and gusts up to 18 m/s are possible in the west.
In the southern regions on June 8 it will be dry and sunny – precipitation is not expected. During the day weather forecasters predict +25 to +27 degrees, and at night the thermometers will show +16…14 degrees.
There will also be no rain in the east, the weather will be sunny. During the day the air temperature will be +24…26, and in the evening from +12 to +15.
In the west and north of Ukraine in all regions of rain and thunderstorms, as well as gusts of wind. During the day, the air will warm up to +23 degrees, and at night it will be cooler – from +12 to +14.
In the capital region on June 8, partly cloudy weather, intermittent rain and thunderstorms, wind 5-10 m/s are expected. The temperature in the Kyiv region at night is +12..+17 degrees, in the daytime +19..+24. In Kyiv at night +14..+16, in the daytime +22..+24.
At the same time, weather forecasters warned that on June 7-8 on the Dnieper below the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, due to its explosion, there will be a slowdown in the rise in water levels with flooding of settlements – the III level of danger (red) is declared in Kherson, Kakhovskiy, Khersonskiy, Berislavskiy and Skadovsky districts of the region.
Also, as a result of the undermining of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station by the Russian occupiers at the Kakhovka reservoir, it is likely that water levels will reach below the minimum critical values \u200b\u200bnecessary for the operation of water intakes in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson regions (hazard level III – brown).
