NASA’s Juno spacecraft captures pepperoni-like storms at Jupiter’s north pole

Infrared images of Jupiter’s north pole compiled into a video sequence showing amazing structure hurricane that hit the planet.

The highest and “brightest” temperature in the video shown is -13°C, and the lowest reaches -83°C, NASA reported on Instagram.
The film uses images obtained from data collected by the JIRAM instrument aboard the @NASASolarSystem Juno mission.
Yellow areas – warmer and deeper in Jupiter’s atmosphere, and the dark ones are colder and higher. The hurricane occurs at the North Pole of Jupiter.
