The BFV, which has collected many elements in support of its decision, as clearly racist declarations of the main party leaders, will be able to control Afd more stringently, but the decision has reopened the discussion on the opportunity to ban the same party. In the latter case, however, the decision belongs to the Constitutional Court which must be activated through an appeal by Parliament or the Government.
